another shop told me that my timing belt was getting gummy and needed to be replaced immediately. I called chumbleys to find out if they could give me a second opinion. first I found out that they would charge me about $300 less to fix it and then after I took my vehicle in they told me that it didn't need to be done. they were honest about the status of my vehicle and their prices were great. this is definitely who I am going to trust with my car now

I am a long time very satisfied customer. Recently I had brake issues with my vehicle making it unsafe to drive. Although this happened during a busy time for Chumbley's they were able to squeeze my truck in between appointments and I was back on the on the road by the next morning. During the troubleshooting and repair I was kept informed of the extent of the repair, the cost and an accurate time that the work would be completed. We have always been treated as friends not just customers. I trust Chumbley's with taking care of my vehicle service needs and recommend them to my friends and family.
