Chumbley's saved our vacation/family reunion. On our way from Ft. Dodge Iowa to Cuba Missouri we had a wheel bearing go out. After being told that they were booked up into the next week we decided to leave the car and get a rental car. Two hours later after being told by numerous rental car companies that they had nothing available in the Indianola - Des Moines area, Chumbley's "squeezed" us in and had us back on the road. A special hats off to Jacki at the front desk for talking the guys in the shop into the fast lane service. What a great bunch of people.

After traveling, my husband and I came home to two dead cars in our garage. Chumbley's was on the job within 30 minutes of our phone call. They jumped our vehicles and determined that both batteries needed replaced. Our batteries were changed quickly and we were back in action, thanks to the quick work of Chumbley's.

When I brought my car in, it needed so many repairs and they were able to get it done several days early and they provided me a loaner car and a ride to pick me up. They were very professional and thorough.

Very satisfied with the work performed. The only complaint that I have is that two of the three visits I have scheduled an appointment with the understanding that Chumbley's would begin repairs first thing in the morning in order to get the work done on that day and as early in the day as possible. This last visit, I dropped the vehicle off the night before so they would have it first thing next morning. They didn't start repairs on it until noon. The visit before I also dropped it off the night before. They didn't start on it until after noon which resulted in not getting it finished that day and extending the repair into the next day.

We are long time customers of Chumbley's. We are very satisfied with the service on our vehicles. The communication regarding the status of the repair and any issues has been excellent. Our vehicles are in good mechanical condition thanks to the care provided, my 2005 Colorado has 168,000 miles and still runs as good as it did new. We are always treated as friends. We recommend them for your service needs.

Service was prompt and reasonably priced and as of now has solved the problems we were having with our Vibe. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative.

I always feel comfortable leaving my car with Chumbley's. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that they "triage" what maintenance my car needs based on my budget and my concerns. I have confidence that they will keep my car running smoothly for YEARS.
