My husband's car broke down in Indianola late afternoon on a Friday (we live north of Des Moines). You were able to get his car towed and give him a loaner for the weekend. His car was ready for him to pick up after work on Monday. Thank you so much for being super easy to work with and very efficient!

We vote Chumbley Auto Care the BEST ever! It all began in1957 and after 40 years of operation and into retirement, we are very proud and pleased with Tim and Laura Davison with their desire, hard work, trust, ideas, trained employees and friendly service. They will pump your gas etc. just like the old days, plus a cup of coffee if you want - and with a smile too. I needed to get an oil change before returning to Arizona. I called Des Moines' Toyota dealership and they had no openings for nearly two weeks. After mentioning to my friend that I needed to find a place to get my car serviced, she told me about Chumbley's and shared stories of the above-and-beyond service she's always received there. She told me to call in right away because they do a lot of business because of the quality of their service. When I did & gave my friend's name, they knew immediately to whom I was referring (you've got to love small town business for that!!). They managed to squeeze me in the next day. :D When I'm road tripping again between Iowa and Arizona again, I'll be back!!! :-) Thanks, Chumbley's!!! Oh, and I want to add that Jackie is a great front person for your business. Her welcoming, cheery attitude and quick laughter brightened a day filled with a deluge of rain!!!

Best repair shop/garage I have ever been able to use. Tim, Kegan', Jackie and the crew are class acts in themselves. Plus they keep snacks for my dog. 5 stars on a scale of 4!

These people are some of the kindest people in auto care. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle (extreme rust damage which was causing MAJOR structural issues). When the initial shock of the extent of the damage wore off, they provided references to excellent auto body repair shops here in town. As a Simpson student, and someone who knows NOTHING about cars, the people here acted as my advocate, and gave me all the information they could to make this situation better. I can't express enough how much these people made a crummy day a million times better. THANK YOU!!
