I took my Ford Escape in to see if I needed brake pads which another business told me I did but all the way around. It ended up that pads were only needed on the front and I needed new rotors too. I was in and out of there in no time at all. Chumbley’s is definitely the place to get things fixed.

We have trusted Chumbley's with the service and repairs of our vehicles for many years. They do a thorough inspection during our service appointments and communicate issues or upcoming service needs. We drop the vehicle off in the morning, they provide my wife transportation to work and deliver the vehicle at the end when the service work is completed. They call me if they find issues and provide an accurate estimate of the needed repair. The people are excellent customer service representatives and have always treated us like we are family. I highly recommend them to my friends!

This was my first experience with Chumbley's. They got my truck in for service within 2 days of calling. they provided me with a rid home and offered to let me use a loaner vehicle when on came available if needed. They stated diagnosing the problem right away! When they found the issue, they did an excellent job both explaining the problem and showing me the proof. I appreciated their use of text messaging as a method to share with me what they found (by texting me pictures of the issues they found) to make me feel confident about their approach to fixing my issues. Too often you just have to accept & trust the diagnosis, but by being able to actually see what was wrong - I knew they took the time to do it right! they fixed my electrical problem promptly, and at a very reasonable rate! Excellent job, I will be taking our vehicles here moving forward for service!

Never had a problem and feel that if ever there was an issue the folks at Chumbley's would bend over backwards to see that it was immediately remedied.

I was so pleased with the way the team at Chumbley's handled my oil change. I dropped off my vehicle after they had already closed, and picked it up before they opened a couple days later. They were so accommodating to my time schedule. I was able to pay over the phone, and before I even had to pay they asked if I had received my digital inspection sheet and asked if I had any questions! I had never received a digital inspection sheet with other shops, so this was very nice! They were kind and courteous, and I plan to visit them again.
