Always great service!

Never had a problem and feel that if ever there was an issue the folks at Chumbley's would bend over backwards to see that it was immediately remedied.

I was so pleased with the way the team at Chumbley's handled my oil change. I dropped off my vehicle after they had already closed, and picked it up before they opened a couple days later. They were so accommodating to my time schedule. I was able to pay over the phone, and before I even had to pay they asked if I had received my digital inspection sheet and asked if I had any questions! I had never received a digital inspection sheet with other shops, so this was very nice! They were kind and courteous, and I plan to visit them again.

I appreciate the personalized service that you provide your customers. I also love being able to schedule my appointment, or even ask a question, from my smartphone. Love the combo of technology and personalized service.

I LOVE Chumbly's! I've always found the pricing to be competetive, but the service has always exceeded any other. My friends and family that don't live in Indianola are jealous that I have car guys that I can trust and provide such great service. Being a stay at home mom, dropping off a car (or picking it up) is a difficult thing to arrange. Chumbly's will pick it up, and drop it back off when they are done. The guys always explain things clear enough for me without making me feel dumb, and I have never felt that they would rather deal with my husband (which other places I have found common). I'll say it again- I LOVE MY CAR GUYS!

Quality Work! We are new in town, and were given a coupon for Chumbleys, so decided to give them a try. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. They called to advise me before they did the work and have been clear about my options. I really appreciate the ride home too. We will be back!!!
