5 stars are not enough to rate this awesome company besides not getting gouged with the repair bill. I broke down on the interstate near Osceola (30 miles) on a Sunday afternoon and the tow truck driver said he heard they did good work, I got a room and called them just after 7 AM and they said they wouldnt be able to look at it until Wednesday and I explained my situation about being from out of town and Barry said he would speak to his manager and he called me right back and said it was already in the shop at 7:30 AM and their expert figured out the problem and repaired it and I was on the road by 11 AM, it was an amazing experience, if you want to find out how bad the towing experience was look up Diversified Towing and youll see what I think about them, if you are going to look for a highly recommended repair service look no farther than Chumbleys

First of all i would like to apologize to Keegan and the staff at Chumbley's, I am sorry for the blame when i was wrong. I would like to clarify an oil change issue that i previously wrote a review about Chumbley's Auto care. I incorrectly blamed Chumbley's for installing an incorrect oil filter and rounding off the oil drain plug during an oil change when in fact it was a different Car Care facility that caused the issue. After Keegan contacted me about my review he was able to correct me about the oil change and had proof from car fax proving that i was wrong. I then found the oil change sticker in the window of the car proving that a different car care facility did the maintenance ( i should really get my ducks in a row before casting out blame). Chumbley's has performed top notch maintenance for my sons car in the past and now know that they would never have allowed what i was describing to happen in Chumbley's shop. Furthermore, Keegan's was very professional over the phone to correct me about my assumptions and blame. It is nice to know that Chumbley's has higher standards and excellence for car care maintenance than other shops. It's also nice to know that when your child is off to college and the car needs maintenance and "dad" is not there to help you can depend on Chumbley's to decide what's best for the car and the safety of each individual that does business with Chumbley's.
