Recently my truck completely died at the door of Chumbley's Auto Care. I was on my way to Eastern Iowa for a dog show. Not only did Tim and his staff work wonders on my vehicle, they found me a ride to the dog show, extended great hospitality to me at the home of one of his staff, gave me a loaner vehicle for my trip back to Missouri, and later delivered my truck to my home. I could not brag enough on how wonderful these people are! Go there and you will not be disappointed!

Just want to thank you again for your "more than expected" service when my brakes went out a few days ago. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful, going out of their way to provide the repairs needed. Repairs were done in a timely manner and charges were more than reasonable. And it wasn't just my car you were concerned about. Tim and Jackie made sure I was OK after an very frightening experience. I think that Tim and his crew need to be recognized. When I take my vehicles to conoco to be worked on, I know that I am getting the best job, done right, in town. The mechanics are the best and are excellent guys who care about the work they do. I also want to thank Jackie for always having a smile whenever we come in.
