Good service both to the vehicle and transportation to and from the station

I've had my vehicles serviced and repaired probably 200 times in the 2t5 years I've lived here in Indianola. Not once have I been disappointed by the service or surprised by the price. I've had them do inspections on vehicles I was considering buying, and they've found issues I didn't expect. I've had emergencies, and Tim and company bent over backward to accommodate me. Honest, competent, and economical. What more do you want in a garage? (Oh, btw, the coffee & soda are free and they keep treats for your dog.)

We dropped off our Silverado for normal service and to have it inspected prior to a trip to southern New Mexico. The thorough inspection revealed a small radiator leak that would have been a major problem had it worsened during the trip or while we traveled in the desert. They called us upon noticing the issue and we discussed our options. The problem was resolved and our Silverado was returned by the next morning ready for our upcoming trip. As always we are very pleased with the quality of the service and inspection process by their expert mechanics. The staff treats us as friends, we recommend Chumbley's for your vehicle service needs.

I went to chumbleys because I’ve used them before and they’re great. Good atmosphere, quality work and very personable. The motor blower for my heat/AC is hit or miss and it’s because there’s a wire that’s fried. They were going to replace it plus the piece the wire goes into, but the cost was way more than o could afford so I told them never mind. Which meant they had to put my car back together (I felt horrible). Anyway picked me up, so I could get my car and when I picked it up, it was no longer loud. I didn’t ask them to fix that but whatever they did made my car A LOT quieter and it was embarrassingly loud. I’m so thankful to them for going out of their way and going above and beyond. I’ll always use them for my car needs.
