Unfortunately my 2012 Jeep as been at Chumbley’s way more then I’d like it to. BUT Chumbley’s is very professional and tried their best both times my Jeep was out their shop, and both times it was more a Southtown/Chrysler issue. In March it went to Chumbley’s to get a new battery as that’s what we all thought was the reason the Jeep died. But a day later it died again. The issue ended up being multiple recalled parts. My Jeep went to Southtown to be fixed, all was well until the end of May beginning of June. End of May my car would not start, we thought maybe the battery which was odd since it was a month old. It weirdly started and I could drive it for a few days before it died again. We called Chumbley’s they took it in and had it for a few weeks as I was out of the state for one of those weeks. Of course the Jeep started for them while it was out there. We picked it up I drove it for a few days and then it wouldn’t start. They once again came and picked it up a week later and thought maybe the starter, but as they got more into it they noticed the bolt to the radiator was not on correctly, a job previously done by Southtown back in March. Though it took most of the month of June to figure out what was going on I’m just thankful they found the issue fixed and was very professional during it all. I hope you don’t have to see my Jeep again for a while, my apologies for how unorganized the inside of my Jeep was. I would have attempted to clean it had I known how many times it would be at your shop, ha.
