My son recently had an over heated car on Hwy 6. All the lights came on and we had it towed thru our insurance company to Chumbleys. I knew they had been very busy but we chose to wait until they could get to it. In a day and a half we had a full diagnostic run and emailed to us. It was clear and concise. Chumbley's did an excellent job working my truck in to their busy schedule to fix a wheel bearing that was making noise. they took the time to find out that I was going out of town that following weekend, and Keagan made sure they got me in an fixed my issues so my trip would be safe. I also appreciate the service inspection, and text based report on the findings. it is very easy to make service choices when the options are laid out in front of you with pictures of the things they found. Chumbley's has always provided excellent service for our vehicles.
