Always Excellent Service

I put a lot of miles on my car during my commute to work. I depend on Chumbley's to provide a timely oil / filter change. With the pandemic I felt comfortable taking in my car. Their waiting area smelt and looked clean. They practiced social distancing and my service was done quickly. Before I got into my car the service technician removed the plastic covering from the seat and steering wheel and the floor covering. I felt as if it was just as clean as when I took it in. Thanks Chumbley's!

Amazing staff, incredible folks, and completely HONEST. I had an issue with my car, they fixed it but the problem reoccurred and they took responsibility for it and repaired the car at no charge. I was completely overwhelmed by their generosity!!! I’ll keep going back!!

The staff were great and the customer service we received from Thomas was unbelievable, he would give us regular updates and explain each problem in “basic” terminology so that we would understand. When they had to keep our car for a few days they provided a free rental to us which we were very grateful for. Without doubt we will always take our car to Chumbley’s and tell our friends and family to use this shop!
