Excellent service. I was able to take care of everything over the phone and by email. They picked my car up and dropped it off which is a great service. I was very pleased with their level of service and would definitely recommend them.

I am (was) a first time customer. I wanted to find a local business to buy new tires. I knew what tire I wanted so I gave them a call. I found them to be honest and reasonable. Unfortunately, I picked up a deck screw somewhere within the first 75 miles of getting my new tires. Unlike most places, you won’t get that fixed for free if you didn’t spend extra money on a road hazard package. Chumbley’s has a different process. I get free flat fixes for the first 50% if my tread wear. I had this fixed right away and I am good to go. I appreciate the honesty, the service and the friendliness. I felt like a long time customer, which, I will now become.
