Receptionist Taylor was extremely kind and friendly. My daughter goes to college at Simpson and was having issues with her vehicle. They fit her in to their busy schedule to check it out for her and found oil was low. The mechanic took the time to help her and make sure she knew how to check the oil. So grateful for their help since we live in MN and couldn't be there. Thank you!!

Professional, quick to respond and reply. I had an issue with vibration in steering wheel. Thought it was an alignment or balance issue. Chumbley's tracked it down to a steering linkage issue. They could have fixed it and charged me and I would have been happy with that. But they researched and found that it was a recall issue that I was unaware of. They informed me that they could fix it, but would have to charge me accordingly. Understandable. But that I could take it back to dealer at no charge. Thanks for your integrity!
