When my son went to college few years ago he got his oil changed at Chumbley's. Now working in Indianola he has a need for a loaner/rental car while is gets looked at and fixed at the dealership for a possible recall issue. Thought I would call here and ask for some advice. Craig Neighbors went the EXTRA MILE with me and along with making some calls etc. He went above and beyond what was needed and we aren't even having anything taken care of there at the moment. WOW is all I can say......thanks a million Craig!!

Keeping track of the maintenance items on my vehicles is very important to me and the crew at Chumbley's does an excellent job of reminding me when items require some attention. Better done in the shop than having to tow it back to the shop at a later date.

All work performed in a timely manner for a fair price. They don't try to push extras on you, but they let you know what's up and what to look out for. It's great to have a service center that you can trust.
