Good service, friendly people

We are new to the area, and showed up 5 minutes before closing with a tire repair emergency. The staff took the necessary time to correctly diagnose the problem. They had to order a tire, but checked our spare tire to make sure it was inflated to the correct pressure. Early next morning, called to say the new tire was in, ready to be mounted. Once we got to the garage, the tire was put on quickly. The best part about this is we know where to take our cars for repairs in the future.

Service is spot on. In a world where customer service is declining Chumbley’s is one of the few left that goes that extra mile. You can actually tell when they have had a day when things haven’t gone quite right because they are at work fixing and getting things back to right as a priority. Love that.
