Chumbley's has the best customer service around. We've used them exclusively for all of our vehicles over the past 10 years. They are always very accommodating by providing a loaner or rides to get our vehicles. They are very trustworthy and fair and take the time to explain any vehicle issues.

I had a full inspection done, received an oil change, and wheel bearing replacement. The process from start to finish was great. Everyone is in contact with you and you know what is going on through the entire process whether by phone or text. Easy to work with and highly recommend.

I used Chumbley's recently for the first time for what ended up being an expensive repair (not their fault - it's just what it was). Within a few days, I realized that the problem still wasn't fixed. This wasn't due to negligence - the seals used didn't work, as it turned out. They were very quick to get me back in and when I mentioned that I lived a half hour away, they volunteered to bring my van back to me to save me some time. In addition, they changed my oil because they noticed I was overdue and when I went out to use my van for the first time, I discovered a $50 discount card for my next visit. It has been a long time since I was treated so well by a business. I heartily recommend them to everyone!
