I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chumbley's. I had to travel from TN to IA as my mom was having heart surgery. About 300 miles from my destination, my car broke down which is a whole story in of itself. Long story short, at the time, it appeared to be a busted belt. I finally got transport and arrived at Chumbley's around 3am. I spoke with Craig later that morning and after a little time, they were able to determine that the water pump had a seized bearing, which cause pressure/heat on the belt and the resultant break. They quoted me the price to repair and I approved. The next day it was already ready! Because I was from out of town and had a long trip back, they wanted to make sure it was 100% before I left which included them doing more tests and asking me to stop by before I left to check the fluid levels again. I cannot thank Craig, the technician, and everyone at Chumbley's for their profound customer service. They listened, cared, and did an outstanding job at a great price. The car is performing great and made the 800+ trip back without a problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again and only wish they had a shop in TN too!
