The staff is exceptionally accommodating and professional. They really know their stuff. I needed and oil change and was having some power issues related to my spark plugs in my truck. Craig worked with me through the issues (plug/coils/catalytic converter) and filled me in on other issues they saw in the inspection. They explain it very thoroughly and in a way that gives you all options so you can make the best choice financially and even offered some 3rd party financing. They even have the technology to send you texts with updates and a report WITH PICTURES of what they’ve found. I really felt taken care of and not manipulated. Transparency was great. It did take a couple days for the repair (expected with all my issues) and they even offered a loaner car in case I needed it. The truck runs great now and the cost compared to others was much lower. I’m used to paying $80-$100 for an oil change when I lived in Des Moines, but they run about $65 at chumbleys. Chumbleys has earned my trust as a go-to for all maintenance. I would highly recommend this business. You really get the small-town, family welcoming feel with the staff and great quality service.
