Excellent service, very friendly staff. I like the thorough record-keeping system, and how carefully they explain things. Chumbley's is better than my doctor at explaining maladies and options. They never make fun of your car, your dog, or your husband, no matter how old and decrepit they are getting.

The staff here are always helpful and courteous and go out of the way to help. They have always been able to find and fix the problem the same day which makes Chumbleys my "go to" place!

At first I was surprised at the cost, because it was more expensive than I was used to to get my car serviced. However, I didn't realize they did a full inspection, including pictures and written detail for parts and systems that needed work. They were very kind, thorough, and I knew my car was in good care.

I'm very grateful for the amount of flexibility the Auto Care team at Chumbley's is willing to put in for their customers.
