Here it is! My first ‘Blog” from Chumbleys Auto Care. To be honest, I am a bit nervous about just writing and not knowing who is reading. So if I ramble on, or seem lost, bare with me. My plan is to advise our customers of industry trends, new technology we have been updated on, and or tools / equipment we acquire. So before I focus on the “new,” I will recap on some past events and/or noteworthy items to bring you up to speed. Well, not to toot our own horn, but I am very proud of the shop staff, as we were given the prestigious award (one of three in Iowa) of chosen for the AAA motor clubs “Top Shop” award. This award is presented to shops that meet AAA stringent criteria. They have to have a customer satisfaction score of 93 or higher (ours was 98). We then received a Top Shop award from a web site called repairpal.com.
