When I decided to go into business on my own, I did it because I was not happy with the way my previous employers were conducting business. I knew the positive reputation that Chumbley’s Auto had in the community of Indianola Iowa. This helped me make the decision to partner with this business. So I bought, and continued to grow it, and conduct Auto Repair and Maintenance in the professional, ethical manner that I had set out to do. Proving that it could be done – the right way.
Well for the 5th year in a row now, it make me proud to be recognized by American Automobile Association – AAA , to be one of very few in the state of Iowa to receive the approval of “AAA Top Shop” 2015. This award make me proud to have been apart of the movement to make a “Customer Friendly” Auto repair shop. A shop you can trust and be comfortable to send your Wife, Mother, or daughter to – and not be talked down to, or taken advantage of. It comes easy to us, It would be nice if all could do this, and raise the image of our Industry. My next task!
